Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist contractor to review AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate content for AI training. The role focuses on graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows, with prior paid AI data work required.

Qualifications

Required paid experience in human-data work for AI models.
Experience with AI output evaluation and rubric-based grading is preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above) is required.
2+ years of professional experience in relevant creative fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
