Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency helping top talent connect with remarkable companies. We are seeking a strong performance-focused copywriter to turn winning ad insights into high-volume video scripts for Meta.

Most scripts will be 60–90 seconds, with one person talking directly to the viewer about the product and its value. You’ll write for Facebook/Instagram video ads, study weekly performance, and translate data into new creative concepts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with strong tone and persuasion.
• Experience writing direct-response or social video ads.
• Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality video ad scripts.

Responsibilities

• Write approximately 100 video ad scripts per month initially, scaling to around 200/month by December.
• Analyze ad performance and identify messaging, hooks, and angles that work.
• Develop new scripts based on winning performance insights.
• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations without repetition.
• Provide clear visual directions for each script via Slack.
• Collaborate with the creative/performance team through Slack.
