Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic Engineer to analyze vibration and process data, identifying issues for customer facilities worldwide from the North America Remote Monitoring hub in Minden, Nevada.

The engineer will review data, log issues in the case portal, and produce technical reports while collaborating with SMEs to resolve complex problems in accordance with Cordant Services guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of Condition Monitoring experience in a customer delivery role.
• ISO Cat II Vibration Analysis Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review remote machinery data and validate potential issues.
• Log and track issues via the web-based case management portal.
• Produce technical exceptions and periodic customer reports.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex issues.
• Follow Cordant Services guidelines in all tasks.
