Job summary

NVA General Practice is hiring a Chat Operator to provide veterinary medical advice and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a strong customer-service orientation and experience in a veterinary setting.

You will handle high-volume chats, assist with scheduling multi-location doctors, and maintain accurate patient records while communicating clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' veterinary medical experience as an Assistant, Technician, or RVT.
• Able to work 40 hours/week and Saturdays.
• Must live within 3 hours of Los Altos and reside in California.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Offer genuine client service while assisting clients via chat or phone.
• Manage high volume chat system and schedule appointments for 20+ doctors across locations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians and other departments; relay accurate information.
