Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual veterinary consultations that prioritize empathy, accuracy, and patient safety.
• Guide pet owners through current health concerns by offering education, clarity, and actionable recommendations.
• Create and refine care plans based on patient history, diagnostics, and evolving clinical information.
• Work closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure seamless follow‑up on diagnostics, medications, and care questions.
• Handle complex or sensitive client situations with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Engage specialty partners and recommend in‑person care when cases require escalation.
• Participate in ongoing refinement of clinical operations, workflows, and digital care tools.
