Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate complex diagnostic imaging cases and support our radiology and neurology specialists. You will assemble complete case materials, interface with referring veterinarians and pet owners, and maintain precise, compliant communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Veterinary credential as RVT, CVT, LVT, or DVM or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of advanced veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, diagnostic procedures, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case preparation for MRI, CT, neuro-imaging, and other specialty cases.
• Review medical histories, examinations, labs, images and records for completeness.
• Coordinate neuro-imaging consultation workflows and liaison with neurologists.
• Maintain clear internal communication and timely handoffs with referring veterinarians.
