Qualifications

• Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma).
• 5+ years of specialist-level veterinary dermatology experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proven team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytic/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary dermatology advice virtually via phone, email, and video call to Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Collaborate with board specialists to advise customers in global markets.
• Liaise with global diagnostic customer support and technical support teams.
• Assist in optimizing the platform to request, perform, and complete consultations.
• Foster education, mentorship, and participation in improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement ways to improve consulting services.
