Qualifications

• Board-certified veterinary dermatologist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS).
• 5+ years of specialist dermatology experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology consultations virtually by phone, email, and video.
• Collaborate with global specialists to advise customers.
• Liaise with global support teams and improve consulting platforms.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and KOLs.
• Develop and present continuing education material for customers.
• Identify improvements to the consulting service and resolve issues.
• Provide Dermatology input to other Zoetis Diagnostics areas.
