Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative (Veterinary Care Specialist) to join our compassionate team. This role is 100% remote and will be the first point of contact for families seeking in-home end-of-life care and support.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume call centers and customer service, and can quickly learn multiple software platforms, including Google Workspace, scheduling systems, phone systems, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume call centers or similar fast-paced customer service roles.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms including Google Workspace and scheduling/phone systems.
• Excellent communication and empathy when assisting families.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a remote work-from-home setting.
• Collect and document pet, family, and medical information accurately.
• Schedule appointments using scheduling platforms; maintain productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to support families with compassion.
