Job summary

Yardstik is hiring an entry-level Verifications Specialist I in Minneapolis, with remote work optional. This hourly role focuses on data accuracy and behind-the-scenes support for background checks and credential verification, servicing customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and comfort using multiple computer systems. Familiarity with CRA processes and TazWorks is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of employment experience as an individual contributor, preferably in Operations or Support.
• Experience with background check processes is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify data submitted for background screens while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Manage confidential information daily across multiple computer systems following compliance protocols.
• Meet assigned objectives, goals and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties to support the business.
