Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Vendor Solutions Representative for our CCA Organization. You will manage and grow relationships with assigned customers, engage in quoting, and educate on vendor pricing programs and promotions.

Responsibilities include configuring solutions, pricing and processing requests for hardware, software, and services, while building a broad product portfolio with TD SYNNEX offerings and negotiating terms with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
• Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for management and growth of client relationships.
• Configure and price hardware, software, services for customer requests.
• Educate customers on vendor pricing and promotions.
• Build relationships to market TD SYNNEX product portfolio.
• Negotiate terms such as pricing, freight, returns, and substitutions.
• Coordinate with customers, colleagues and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues.
