Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Account Manager to oversee up-front evaluations and relationships with Delegation partners. The role includes scheduling regular meetings, managing agendas and minutes, and creating SLA dashboards for performance tracking.

You will liaise with delegated care management entities and internal teams to ensure timely planning, communication, and execution of projects, including payments for services rendered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of account management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience presenting to executive-level teams at delegated entities.
• Experience working with Primary Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Manages up-front third party evaluations and relationships with Delegation partners.
• Provide direct Account Management responsibilities including scheduling regular meetings, agenda management, documentation and minutes.
• Create SLA performance dashboards and reporting with Delegated entity.
• Maintains regular communications with leads at Delegated entity and communicates needs internally.
• Directs or contributes to special projects involving oversight of Delegated Care Management/Utilization Management entities.
• Ensures payments are accurate and timely for care management services rendered.
