Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Vendor Manager for Critical Environments to establish and optimize relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers for data center operations. You will drive performance management, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.

This role requires hands-on data center experience, supervisory background, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data center/critical facility experience required.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–7 years supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with the client’s Operations teams to review vendor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain proactive communication with operations teams to address concerns and align priorities.
• Establish and optimize vendor relationships supporting data center systems.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors within assigned facilities.
• Lead vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor vendor compliance with SLAs and contractual terms.
• Track and analyze vendor performance metrics and billing.
