Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance, training or diagnostic call center position with a solid working knowledge of light/medium & heavy‑duty vehicle diagnostic programs
• Strong knowledge of various light/medium & heavy‑duty OEM engines, chassis, braking and electrical system troubleshooting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, typing skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and internet browsing

Responsibilities

• Working daily with Penske field locations / service associates to assist in resolving their vehicle diagnostic troubleshooting issues
• Reducing a location's diagnostic time per repair
• Provide remote diagnostic support and customer service to field technicians via various OEM programs and documentation
• Update case base knowledge database with diagnostic outcomes and actions
• Navigate OEM diagnostic programs to review fault codes, tests, calibrations and reports
• Enter call information and corrective actions into the Penske VDA Support Call Center knowledge base
