Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, training or diagnostic call center.
• Subject matter expert in light/medium/heavy‑duty OEM engines, chassis, braking or electrical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist field technicians with diagnostic troubleshooting daily.
• Guide technicians using OEM diagnostic programs and manuals.
• Update the case base knowledge database and participate in training.
• Provide remote diagnostic support with high customer service standards.
• Liaise with OEM call centers and field locations as needed.
