Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced VDC Designer/Coordinator to join a technology-focused construction team. The role involves coordinating BIM/VDC models using Revit, reviewing construction documents, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit, BIM/VDC workflows, and QA/QC capabilities, with the ability to work independently on projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience.
• BIM/VDC coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple project disciplines.
• Understanding of workflows from design through coordination and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM/VDC models utilizing Revit.
• Support BIM coordination for low-voltage and technology systems.
• Review and interpret drawings, specs, and project docs.
• Identify coordination requirements and conflicts in drawings.
• Collaborate with design and construction disciplines throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and project reviews.
• Review and implement QA/QC feedback into deliverables.
