Job summary

Ntiva Inc. is seeking an experienced vCIO to provide executive IT leadership and strategic guidance for client organizations. You will develop long-term IT visions, align technology with business goals, and work with Ntiva teams to deliver cybersecurity, infrastructure, and productivity improvements.

This remote role requires coordinating with Account Managers and Solution Architects, traveling infrequently to Ntiva centers if needed, and presenting quarterly IT budgets and roadmaps to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT preferred.
• 7+ years in IT consulting and implementation.
• Experience establishing IT services framework and security policies.
• Ability to build partnerships with service providers and vendors.
• MSP environment experience and ConnectWise knowledge.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with client executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s trusted strategic technology advisor and lead IT initiatives.
• Understand the client industry to provide insights on operational improvements.
• Develop and manage the client’s long-term IT vision, strategy, assets, and dashboards.
• Create a 3–5 year IT roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Prepare and present a comprehensive IT budget.
• Establish and manage IT vendor relationships.
• Meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure satisfaction and plan growth.
• Lead IT communications and client presentations.
• Support Account Managers and Solution Architects on strategic guidance.
