Humana Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee financial operations and value management across a portfolio of initiatives.

You will drive budget planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment evaluation, partnering with leaders across business, technology, and finance to ensure alignment of financial commitments with expected business outcomes. You will establish portfolio-level reporting, monitor benefits realization, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in healthcare, finance, operations, strategy, or portfolio management.
• 5+ years of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations experience.
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Experience analyzing and communicating financial and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level financial reporting and performance scorecards.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop business cases and investment recommendations.
• Identify, quantify, and track expected value associated with strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain processes for value realization measurement and reporting.
• Support portfolio governance processes, including investment prioritization and funding reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends and make recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Communicate portfolio performance, investment recommendations, and realized value to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio spend, forecast accuracy, and investment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of value management and financial operations capabilities.
