Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in healthcare, finance, operations, strategy, or portfolio management.
• 5+ years in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Experience analyzing and communicating financial and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level financial reporting and scorecards.
• Partner with leaders to develop business cases and investment recommendations.
• Identify, quantify, and track expected value of strategic initiatives.
• Establish processes for value realization measurement and reporting.
• Support portfolio governance processes, including investment prioritization and funding reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends and make improvement recommendations.
• Communicate portfolio performance and realized value to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio spend, forecast accuracy, and investment performance.
