Job summary

RPMGlobal—a provider network management organization—seeks a Performance Practice Advisor who will analyze provider performance data and drive improvements in quality, cost, and care delivery. The role emphasizes value-based care initiatives and collaboration with internal teams to optimize outcomes.

The position supports remote work from Michigan with 50% travel to the Southfield, MI location, attending office meetings and coordinating with the JOC and CMO to implement action plans and monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• 3 years of account executive or provider engagement experience; knowledge of TCOC and MLR analysis.
• Experience with value-based or risk-based contracting models.
• Understanding of HEDIS, STARS and quality reporting measures.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality and performance reporting for JOC preparation.
• Present data to providers, colleagues, and executives clearly.
• Analyze claims data, utilization trends, and patient outcomes to drive improvements.
• Support provider engagement with HEDIS, TCOC, and other programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and improve performance.
