Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote, full-time Client Consultant focused on healthcare quality reporting and value-based programs. You will oversee client relationships, ensure compliant reporting for MIPS and payer contracts, and act as a subject-matter expert on value-based care programs.

You will collaborate with IT, sales, and operations to drive performance improvements, train clients on reporting requirements, and guide data collection and submission processes using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify gaps, and propose improvement strategies.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of data tools.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using approved protocols.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to strengthen client compliance and reporting performance.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to improve interoperability performance.
