Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote, full-time Senior Healthcare Quality Reporting Consultant to serve as the primary client lead, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across MIPS and other payer contracts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through CMS regulations, provide training on reporting requirements, and drive performance improvements with data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent client facing skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies, drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specifications, and program updates; communicate changes clearly.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on reporting requirements and use of technology for data submission.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using submission protocols.
• Promote continuous improvement by delivering insights to strengthen client compliance and reporting performance.
• Support clients in leveraging their EMR systems to optimize interoperability performance.
