Lead cross-functional teams, interpret CMS regulations, and train clients on data collection and submission using EMR systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or related field.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience with data reporting, CMS/MIPS guidance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Excel; able to analyze data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients while ensuring reporting compliance and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance.
• Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specs, and updates; communicate changes to clients.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of data collection tools.
• Support EMR data extraction, submission, and validation activities.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings and provide strategic performance guidance.
