Aledade PBC, a remote-first healthcare company, is seeking an Account Manager to partner with medical practices and drive value-based care contracts. You will analyze performance data, coach providers, and guide executives to improve financial and clinical outcomes while supporting national clients with occasional regional travel.

The role emphasizes relationship management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive-level communication experience (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic healthcare insight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives to optimize financial and quality performance.
• Own the account relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, training, and contract terms.
• Coach office staff and physicians on processes and technologies, based on Value Based Care curriculum; assess training needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop executive-facing presentations and memos on practice performance and contract terms.
• Surface root causes of performance issues and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
