Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Amazing computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions and scope of work.
• Value properties across the US and ensure accuracy of valuations.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Assist company in meeting its goals as needed.
