House Buyers of America is seeking a Valuations Analyst for a 100% remote role. The VA will value prospective deals, determine market value estimates, and craft pricing strategies to maximize ROI for properties we acquire and later dispose of nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential property valuations/underwriting, an appraisal license or coursework, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Formación

• 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Amazing computer skills and quick to pick up new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all properties we acquire and the turnaround times for dispositions.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and scope of work for the construction strategy.
• Value properties across the entire US and ensure valuation accuracy.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations and ensure properties do not sit too long on the market.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals.
