The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in residential property valuation, possesses an appraisal license or coursework, and ideally holds a Bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of appraisal coursework preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing and scope decisions.
• Value properties across the US and ensure accurate valuations.
• Meet turnaround objectives and handle multiple priorities.
• Assist the company in meeting its goals.
