House Buyers of America is looking for a remote Valuations Analyst responsible for valuing properties and determining pricing strategies for acquired homes. You will partner with various departments to ensure valuations are accurate and turnaround objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in residential property valuations, related coursework or appraisal license, and excellent computer skills to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations or underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Appraisal license or completed all appraisal coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions.
• Value properties across the entire US ensuring accuracy.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations.
