House Buyers of America is seeking a Valuations Analyst for a 100% remote role to value prospective deals and determine pricing strategies for properties we acquire and later sell. You will work across acquisitions, sales, and construction to ensure accurate market valuations nationwide and timely turnaround, with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of residential valuations experience, an appraisal license or coursework, and a Bachelor's degree; strong computer

Aufgaben

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and turnaround times for dispositions
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and scope of work for construction strategy
• Value properties across the entire US and ensure accuracy of all valuations
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations and ensure properties do not sit too long on the market
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals
