Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a 100% remote Valuations Analyst responsible for valuing prospective residential properties and determining the scope of work for acquisitions. The VA will ensure accurate market value estimates while working collaboratively with Sales and Construction teams.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations, an appraisal license or relevant coursework, and excellent computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completed all appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Determine the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for properties acquired.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments for pricing decisions.
• Value properties across the US and ensure accuracy of valuations.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations.
