Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in residential property valuations and preferably hold an appraisal license or have completed appraisal coursework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all acquired properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions.
• Value properties across the entire US and ensure the accuracy of all valuations.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations.
