House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Valuations Analyst to value prospective deals and determine a scope of work for properties we acquire. This fully remote role requires delivering reliable market-value estimates and pricing strategies to drive acquisitions and dispositions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in residential valuations/underwriting, with preferred appraisal coursework and a bachelor’s degree. Strong computer skills and rapid learning of new tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of appraisal coursework preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Determine the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all properties and set disposition timelines.
• Partner with Sales and Construction on pricing decisions, budget, and scope of work.
• Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy.
• Meet turnaround objectives for valuations and avoid extended time on market.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
