Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, public health, healthcare management, business administration, health economics, or biological sciences.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare consulting role, vaccine manufacturer, or similar company focusing on policy and market access, marketing, or commercialization for vaccine products.
• Subject matter expertise on the U.S. vaccine policy and market access landscape at federal and state levels, including pricing, contracting, and reimbursement.
• Experience reviewing vaccine reimbursement rates and payment analytics to identify payer-specific barriers.
• Experience managing primary market research projects and translating findings into client-facing recommendations.
• Experience developing market access resources and materials including managing MLR review cycles and content clearing via Veeva Vault.
• Ability to create client-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses that explain policy and data insights.

• Serve as a key subject matter expert on policies affecting vaccine coverage, payment and reimbursement.
• Generate strategic and tactical recommendations responsive to policy and business needs.
• Lead day-to-day execution of projects and engagements with clients, including team management and timely delivery.
• Develop new offerings to meet changing client needs.
• Participate in strategic discussions to develop new business and contribute to sales goals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff within the practice.
• Author thought leadership to raise the practice’s profile.
