Avalere Health seeks an Associate Principal to join the Policy Practice Vaccines Team. You will lead multiple vaccine policy projects and interface with clients, shaping market access, pricing, and contracting strategies.

The role requires deep policy expertise, strong client presentation skills, and the ability to mentor teams while driving new business opportunities. You can work fully remotely or from any office hub, with hybrid options across major cities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare consulting or vaccine policy experience.
• Subject matter expertise on U.S. vaccine policy and market access.
• Experience with pricing, contracting, and reimbursement.
• Strong client-ready presentations and data analyses.
• Project leadership and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on vaccine policy affecting coverage and payer strategies.
• Generate strategic and tactical client recommendations.
• Lead day-to-day project execution and team management.
• Develop new offerings responding to client needs.
• Contribute to business development and revenue goals.
• Mentor staff across the practice.
• Author thought leadership to raise firm profile.
