Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking Vacation Planning Coordinators to help clients plan and coordinate memorable vacations. You will work remotely, arranging flights, hotels, cruises, and transportation while building detailed itineraries and offering destination recommendations based on client budgets and goals.

You will communicate with travel suppliers, maintain booking records, and provide pre- and in-trip support. A customer-service mindset and organizational skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
