Destination Careers is looking for Vacation Planning Coordinators to help clients design and coordinate memorable vacations from flights to hotels and activities. You will work with booking platforms to assemble detailed itineraries and secure reservations, while communicating with suppliers and clients throughout the process.

You will thrive in a remote environment, handling multiple requests with attention to detail, and leveraging industry resources to deliver superior travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
