Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend vacation packages, resorts, cruises, and hotels.
• Prepare and deliver travel quotes and proposals.
• Process and update bookings using supplier tools.
• Communicate reservation details and changes with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
• Monitor promotions and destination updates with the team.
