Blyss Journeys is seeking a Vacation Specialist to help clients plan and sort through vacation options from a remote location. You will focus on destination research, client communication, organization, and personalized service to make planning easy and enjoyable.

No prior industry experience is required; training will be provided to learn destination research, reservation procedures, and professional client communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Residence in the United States or Mexico.
• Strong online research abilities and information comparison skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with email, websites, and online training tools.
• Willingness to complete training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Gather client vacation goals, dates, destinations, and budget.
• Research resorts, cruises, hotels, activities, and packages.
• Compare amenities, policies, and availability across options.
• Create organized vacation options for client review.
• Explain differences between options without overwhelming the client.
• Assist with reservation steps and verify information for accuracy.
• Record client preferences and maintain notes of conversations.
