Travelbynight is seeking a Vacation Planning Specialist to help clients turn vacation ideas into well-organized experiences. This remote role blends travel research, customer service, and relationship building, working with clients to match preferences, travel style, and budget.

No prior travel industry experience is required; we provide training and ongoing resources to support your success in helping clients plan memorable trips.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, personable and comfortable with technology.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, sales, administrative work, event planning, or other people-focused industries is valuable.
• Willing to learn, communicate consistently, manage time independently and own the client experience.
• Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, or Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about upcoming vacation plans
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities
• Compare options and make personalized recommendations
• Coordinate reservations and important trip details
• Communicate confirmations, requirements, and next steps
• Assist with questions and changes throughout planning
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up
• Participate in destination and supplier training
• Develop relationships with repeat and referral clients
