Job summary

Destinationswithdunn is seeking individuals with strong customer service and communication skills to help clients book vacations, cruises, hotels, and other travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with bookings, researching options, delivering excellent service, staying updated on promotions, maintaining client records, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and online tools.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours and other travel arrangements.
Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process.
Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers.
Maintain accurate booking information and client records.
