Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Virtual Assistant to migrate about 1,000 partner websites, CRM records, social media accounts, and email campaigns to new platforms over a 90-day project. This remote, project-based role offers potential for permanent employment for top performers.

You’ll work 8 hours daily, US hours, five days a week, with pay per completed project at an average of 6 USD per hour. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel for data tracking.
• Hands-on website development experience with WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Experience with social media posting and account management.
• Experience with email campaign creation and management.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and rebuild partner websites on new platforms, preserving content and branding.
• Transfer scheduled posts and manage social media accounts.
• Create and manage email campaigns on the new platform.
• Track migration progress using spreadsheets and QA checklists.
• Communicate timelines and issues with supervisors and partners.
• Perform post-migration quality checks and document resolutions.
