Job summary

Tempus is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Director to lead strategic and operational execution of precision medicine initiatives within the VA. This role drives adoption of Tempus’ diagnostic portfolio and embeds it into clinical workflows across enterprise settings.

The position requires expert consultative sales, experience with C-suite stakeholders, and strong capability to coordinate across sales, clinical, and IT teams. Remote work and national travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in high-level healthcare or pharma enterprise sales with C-suite exposure.
• Familiarity with genomic technologies and precision medicine landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own top-down VA account strategy and long-term relationship with senior executives.
• Lead precision medicine integration across Tempus portfolio and contracting/RFPs.
• Develop and execute sophisticated territory plans for market share growth.
• Run monthly steering committee meetings with executive leadership.
