Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Virginia-licensed Mental Health Therapist to join as a 1099 contractor. This is a 100% remote position requiring an active LPC/LMHC license and delivering individual therapy through our telehealth platform under supervision.

You will conduct psychotherapy, complete comprehensive assessments, and document health history and mental status findings. Our Clinical Operations team handles billing, scheduling, and onboarding to let you focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Virginia.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from COAMFTE accredited program.
• Experience delivering virtual therapy and documenting sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform.
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans.
• Evaluate mental health assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations for scheduling and onboarding.
