Included Health is seeking a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Virginia to provide individual therapy via telehealth. As a 1099 contractor, you will focus on patient care with support from a clinical operations team for scheduling, billing and onboarding.

You will conduct virtual therapy sessions, participate in chart reviews, and maintain documentation while enjoying flexible scheduling and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions
• Comfort with technology and digital tools/platforms
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
• Clinically licensed in state of primary residence (Virginia)

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health evaluations.
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans; evaluate outcomes.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process.
