Job summary

You will evaluate AI responses against your rubrics and provide clear written feedback to the project team, working asynchronously. 20-30 hours/week, short-term project, US-based.

Qualifications

• Former VA enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination experience, or experience as a VA social worker.
• 1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination.
• Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care.
• US-based.
• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week.
• Clear, precise writing.

Responsibilities

• Review sample VA health care questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on VA health care eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups, including income and means testing.
• Cover care coordination and community care (including the MISSION Act) and access to care in your rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
