Qualifications

• Current NU student receiving Veteran Education Benefits under Title 38 and enrolled at 3/4 time or greater.
• Maintains SAP compliance as required by NU policies.
• Able to navigate VA.gov, Ask VA, eBenefits.gov, GI Bill® tools.

Responsibilities

• Fields Veterans Readiness & Employment inquiries by phone and online.
• Assists with reporting student enrollments to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Processes VA correspondence and supports administration of Veterans Readiness & Employment.
• Performs other duties to support benefits delivery and on‑campus veteran services.
