Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft enterprise-grade interfaces and data-dense layouts. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, leveraging Figma and our Design System to deliver clean, scalable interfaces for complex tools.

We require strong English communication, autonomy, and a pragmatic mindset to balance user needs with budget and technical constraints. Remote work is supported with occasional Krakow office visits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise applications, internal systems or analytical tools with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on work with comprehensive corporate Design Systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for international discussions.
• High autonomy and proactive communication, engaging with developers to understand constraints.
• Strong business and pragmatic mindset, delivering user-centric designs within budget/tech limits.
• Adaptability and resilience for tight deadlines and fast-paced changes.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional visits to Krakow office.
