Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a UX Researcher III to support research across the product development lifecycle, with emphasis on survey research, quantitative analysis, and consumer insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs, develop roadmaps, run studies, and translate findings into actionable product insights.

You will analyze quantitative data using SPSS, R, Python, and SQL, and manage external research vendors while leveraging Qualtrics for surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior-related field.
• Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance.
• Proficiency with traditional quantitative analysis and tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics or similar tools.
• Experience managing external research vendors.
• Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research needs.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps independently and collaboratively.
• Lead research studies across multiple phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute research insights to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning.
• Design questionnaires and support survey programming and survey quality assurance.
• Analyze quantitative data using SPSS, R, Python, SQL.
• Use Qualtrics or similar tools for surveys.
• Manage external research vendors and coordinate activities.
• Use data to define and test research hypotheses.
• Present findings through storytelling and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Explore AI tools to support research workflows.
