You will conduct studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, recruit participants, moderate interviews, and translate findings into actionable insights shared through reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of UX Research experience in-house or consultancy.
• Advanced degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods across the product life cycle.
• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Excellent communication; ability to distill complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Scope study objectives and methods aligned with product team needs using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to integrate research into development.
• Own end-to-end research activities: setup, recruitment, logistics, and interview moderation.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for product strategy.
• Communicate results to diverse audiences through reports and presentations.
