Job summary

Bravo17 LLC is seeking a Junior User Experience Researcher/Designer to help raise the bar for UX across federal and defense agencies. You will conduct user research, design interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered products.

The role invites 0-4 years of experience, emphasizes understanding of user-centered design, and requires proficiency in Figma and communication skills across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of practical UX experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes under guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate designs.
• Contribute to research reports, personas, journey maps, and design documentation.
• Stay updated on UX best practices and emerging trends.
